Phase One: Bio-Clock Cleanup & Good Habits Implementation (28 Days)
The first phase focuses on resetting your biological clock and implementing good habits to improve your study routine. It includes:
- Self-reflection Assessment Report: Start with an assessment to evaluate your current habits and areas where you need improvement.
- Video Lecture Access: Access videos that guide you on time management and habit building.
- Two Counseling Sessions: Personalized guidance through two sessions with our experts to address your individual needs.
- Protocol (BCC): Mandatory Bio-clock Cleanup to reset your body’s natural rhythm.
- After completing the first phase, take a 2-day rest to let your body adjust.
Phase Two: Lifestyle Modification & Personality Development (28 Days)
This phase emphasizes building a sustainable lifestyle and developing your personality. It includes:
Video Lecture Access: Continue your learning journey with advanced lectures.
D20M Yoga: A daily 20-minute yoga session to improve your concentration.
Two Counseling Sessions: Additional personalized support to help you stay on track.
Protocol (LM): Follow the Lifestyle Modification protocol.
Personality Development Training Videos: Enhance your personality traits through video guidance.
A 2-day rest follows this phase to consolidate your progress.
Phase Three: Learning Style Modification (28 Days)
The third phase focuses on adapting and optimizing your learning style. It includes:

Two Counseling Sessions: Guidance to refine your learning habits.
Protocol (ST): Follow the Study Time protocol.

Phase Four: Coping Mechanisms & Strategies Training (28 Days)
In the final phase, you’ll learn to manage exam pressure and enhance your coping mechanisms:

- Protocol (SC): Follow the protocol for building social engagement strategies.
A 2-day rest period will follow to reflect on your achievements.
